Every spring, the "TVB Fairchild Fans Party," presented by Fairchild Television, brings TVB stars from Hong Kong to Canada to meet fans up close. Now in its 22nd year, the event returns in its classic format, featuring three of TVB's rising stars—Moon Lau, Joey Law, and Kelly Fu—who traveled to Vancouver to share a dazzling evening of music and entertainment. The show kicked off with hosts Mary Lo and Mandy Chan, followed by the grand entrance of the three stars, who immediately energized the crowd by distributing gifts to the audience.
Starting the show with Kelly Fu, a talented actress and certified gemologist. Known for her versatility, Kelly showcased her vocal abilities with ease. She began with "Beautiful Life," captivating the audience with her soft and expressive voice. She then performed "Elimination" and "Not to be Lovers," gradually building emotional intensity and drawing the audience in. During "Not to be Lovers," Kelly stepped off the stage to interact closely with fans, creating a warm and touching moment.
Next to take the stage was Joey Law, the only male performer of the evening, who appeared to enthusiastic cheers from the audience. He opened with a heartfelt rendition of "Love You Too Much," instantly energizing the crowd with his powerful and emotive vocals. He then followed with "Who Will Love Me" and "Alluring," building emotional intensity with each performance while delivering a nuanced and captivating interpretation. During "Alluring," Joey stepped off the stage and walked through the venue, interacting with fans up close. His approachable and engaging presence further lifted the atmosphere. "Alluring" is also the theme song of the drama "Happily Ever After?", in which Joey portrays "Ching Tin-fai," adding an extra layer of emotional resonance to the performance.
Last but not least was Moon Lau, whose appearance drew loud cheers from the audience. Returning to the Vancouver stage, she appeared confident and at ease. Having recently participated in "Midlife, Sing & Shine 4", Moon demonstrated noticeable improvement in her vocal performance. She began with the classic "Missing you every minute," prompting a spontaneous sing-along from the audience. She then performed "On the Sunny Road" and "Like You," enchanting the crowd with her sweet and soothing voice. During her final song, Moon stepped off the stage to shake hands with fans, bringing the night to an emotional and exciting peak.
In addition to the performances, the event featured lucky draws and interactive games, giving away exclusive prizes. The first lucky draw was the three stars randomly draw seat numbers from a box and personally presenting prizes to lucky audience members. Another highlight was the interactive game "Speed Dial Challenge," where lottery-style number draws generated phone numbers on screen. Audience members raced to dial the numbers, and the fastest caller to successfully connect won the grand prize—a TVBuddy signed by all three stars. The game was both thrilling and entertaining, with laughter and cheers filling the venue.
The show celebration concluded on a high note, with the three stars delivering memorable performances and heartfelt interactions. From captivating songs to exciting games and genuine fan engagement, every moment of the evening was filled with joy and unforgettable memories for fans across Canada.
