Moon Lau entered the entertainment industry after winning 2nd Runner-up at the Miss Hong Kong Pageant in 2013. She went on to host programs and star in numerous TV dramas, steadily building her fan base. In 2022, she won "Malaysia's Favourite TVB Actress" for her role as "Lee Ching-yee" in "The Beauty of War". She later starred in "The Invisibles" as "Du Siu-chit", earning a Top 5 nomination for "Best Actress" at the "TVB Anniversary Awards 2023". In 2024, she visited Canada for the first time to attend the "TVB Fairchild Fans Party," meeting fans up close.
This year, Moon stars in "Anonymous Signal" as "Keung Hey-man", once again receiving critical acclaim and securing another Top 5 "Best Actress" nomination at the "TVB Anniversary Awards 2025". A passionate singer, she hosted her own music concert in Mainland China. She also stepped out of her comfort zone to compete in "Midlife, Sing & Shine! 4" under the persona "Cat-woman," showcasing her versatility.
